1. Normal Transaction Process
Flow: Pending → Completed
Timeline: 1-5 calendar days, depending on payment channel clearing efficiency
Status Description:
Pending: Transaction submitted, merchant settlement and fund clearing in progress
Completed: Transaction cleared, funds received, order effective
2. II. Refund Process
⚠️ Important Note: The refund process will only be initiated after the original order is marked as "Completed".
Full Process
Merchant initiates refund → BKJ receives returned funds → Status updated to "Completed"
How to Check Refund Status
Right-side page → Recent Transactions → More Options → Refund Inquiry
Refund Timeline
After the merchant initiates the refund, funds will be returned to your original payment method within 2-15 calendar days.
The maximum processing period is 30 days (1 month), subject to the clearing progress of the payment channel.
Special Notes
BKJ will only process the funds into your account after the merchant confirms the refund and the funds are received.
If the refund is not received within 30 days, please contact BKJ Customer Service and provide relevant order screenshots for verification.
3. FAQ
Q: Why does the transaction stay "Pending"?
A: It is a normal settlement process. Please wait 1-5 calendar days; contact support if delayed beyond this period.
Q: Will the transaction status change after a refund?
A: The original status remains "Completed". You can check refund progress via the "View Refund" option.
