If you encounter account fraud or discover unauthorized transactions not made by yourself, please follow the steps below immediately to secure your funds.
I. Immediate Loss Prevention: Lock Your Card

Please log in to the BKJ Card official app immediately and follow the path
【Cards → Settings → Lock Card】
Note: Freezing your card will not affect subsequent inquiries or claim processes; it will only restrict transaction functions.
II. Contact Customer Service & Submit Documentation
After freezing your card, contact customer service within 24 hours to report the fraud/unauthorized transaction. Please prepare:
Your registered full name
Linked phone number/email
Transaction evidence (screenshot of the app transaction, clearly showing time, amount, and merchant information)
III. Follow-Up & Feedback
Customer service will launch a special investigation upon receiving your documents, prioritizing fraud claims.
Updates will be sent to your linked phone number or via in-app messages. Preliminary results are typically provided within 3–7 business days.
