BKJ Card Remittance Business Risk Control Instructions

1. Exchange Limits

  • Payer: The cumulative amount of USDT exchanged for CNY within the past 12 months shall not exceed 75,000 USDT. If the limit is exceeded, you need to provide bank statements of the past 3 months, and the review period will be extended accordingly.

  • Payee: Only the USDT to CNY exchange business needs to comply with the payee's cumulative annual limit control; other currency exchanges do not need to implement this rule.

2. Risk Avoidance

  • Prioritize same-name exchange. Frequent non-same-name exchanges may trigger bank risk control checks, so such operations are not recommended.

  • If the single exchange amount is ≥ 50,000 CNY, it is recommended to wait at least 30 minutes before initiating the next operation, and no more than 2 transactions per day; for daily operations, 1-2 transactions per day are recommended to avoid continuous and high-frequency exchanges.

  • It is strictly prohibited to fully transfer out the funds immediately after the CNY arrives. Such operations will be judged as high-risk by the bank, which may trigger risk control warnings or even lead to bank card freezing.

  • The following operations are not recommended: a single payer initiating USDT to CNY exchanges to multiple different payees, or multiple large-value non-same-name exchanges. Such operations are prone to order failures, delayed arrivals and other problems, and the subsequent processing process is more cumbersome.

3. Instructions on Fund Arrival

  • Instructions on arrival statement: After the CNY arrives, the payer displayed on your bank card statement is a cooperating institution/company entity, not a personal account. This is a normal business process, so no need to worry.

  • Response to bank verification: If your bank card is verified by the bank due to this exchange, please state that the fund is "overseas part-time income", and contact the platform customer service to obtain an official certificate with electronic signature to cooperate with the bank verification to normally lift the risk control.

4. Guidelines for Handling Abnormal Situations

  • Instructions on review time limit: Initiating USDT to CNY exchanges continuously and frequently will slow down the review speed. It is recommended that you plan the exchange time in advance to avoid delays when you need funds urgently.

  • Handling of freezing and order failure: If abnormal situations such as bank card freezing or exchange order failure occur, please contact the platform customer service to obtain relevant certification materials in accordance with the bank's requirements, and cooperate with the verification to complete the processing.

Complying with the above rules can effectively ensure the safe and smooth operation of your USDT to CNY exchange. If you have any other questions, you can contact the platform customer service at any time for consultation, and we will answer you in a timely manner.
