BKJ Card Transaction Failure Instructions

1. Rule Overview

BKJ VISA credit cards are governed by VISA global compliance and risk control rules. Transactions with high-risk restricted MCC merchants will be automatically declined with no manual override available.

This card is a credit card. Cash out, fund transfer and illegal transactions are strictly prohibited. Repeated attempts will result in card limits or freezing.

3. Failure Reasons & Solutions

Merchant-side transaction rejections are caused by two main reasons:

1. MCC Risk Interception: The merchant’s MCC code matches VISA restricted high-risk categories. The transaction is system-declined and cannot be manually approved.

2. Insufficient Balance: The available credit limit is insufficient to complete the transaction.

Solution: Please use the card for daily legal consumption scenarios such as shopping, catering, travel, and subscription payments.
